THE HAPPY ENDING MUSIC & READING SERIES is PROUD to be a fiscally sponsored project of NYFA.
To read more about the program, visit their website.
Being fiscally sponsored doesn't mean NYFA gives any money to the series. They don't. It means that "The Happy Ending Music and Reading Series" can operate as a non-profit under the NYFA umbrella and that if YOU decide to donate, it will be tax-exempt - a charitable donation.
Please consider giving to the Happy Ending Music & Reading Series. In order to continue serving the community by booking, hosting and producing this cultural program, we depend on the kindness of strangers. We have no operating budget, and as such, our reach is limited and our goals are cut short. There is no salary and most everything: from printing the programs, buying ink, paper, paying for hosting sites, purchasing software comes out of my own pocket. Anything you can give would be put to very good use and would allow us assurance that we can continue working steadfastly on this series. Give $1 if that's all you have or want to give. Anything helps to keep moving us forward. Our endless gratitude and thanks. And when I say, "our," I mean mine.

Fiscal Sponsorship is a critical way for emerging arts organizations, individual artists, and artists' collaborative projects in all disciplines to apply for funding usually available only to organizations with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. The right fiscal sponsor will not only allow you to manage your project efficiently, but can actually help you to raise more money and realize your artistic vision more fully.
NYFA's Fiscal Sponsorship program is made possible by public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a State agency, the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, and New York Community Trust.
