Please submit a sample of your work via email. Attach as a Microsoft Word attachment. Do not send anything over ten pages. Your work will be read by a select group of readers. If they feel your work is Happy Ending compatible, it will be handed over to Amanda Stern for the final decision.

We are interested in original, inventive, daring, fearless work. We will consider most anything, but at the moment we will not be considering plays, screenplays or anything ending in plays.

Happy Ending is a forum for writers to take risks. This is not a stodgy event. Pretention is not interesting to us, nor is it welcome. What we are interested in, however, is your personality. So, if you are willing to put yourself out there, try something new, take a risk and sing along with some original music and cover tunes, this is the right place for you.
